Does GST apply to Australian Orders?
The prices on our website do not include Australian GST, when initially selecting the purchase. Please note International orders will not attract Australian GST. For Australian orders, the GST amount applicable to the order will be shown on the Payment Page and will be reflected in your order total.

Taxes and duties?
Orders from outside Australia may incur taxes and duties, this and this is advised during checkout. The fee is made by the country the garment is shipping to and is to be paid by the recipient. Detailed information can be sourced from your local customs office

HOW TO SHOP

It's so easy to shop online with aussieSpirit.
1. Look on site until you find the item/s you wish to purchase
2. Click on them and then select the size and quantity you want. You then click on the 'Add to cart' button to place item in your shopping cart. Follow the same steps to add as many items as you want. Once you are ready to check out and proceed with payment, hit the 'Checkout' button, to place your order. To view you shopping cart at any time simply click the cart icon at the top of the page.
3. From this point just follow the steps to payment and the items you have ordered will soon be on their way to you.

The fastest way to order from aussieSpirit is via our website. Some people may want to order via fax or mail. This can be done by downloading order form here When you have completed filling out form simply fax to +61 7 XXX XXX or mail to aussieSpirit PO Box 1112 Broadbeach 4218.

Choosing the right size for you
On every product page you will find a sizing chart which will assist you in determining your best fit and size. On this page there is also information which includes item description and fabric composition. This chart can be accessed by clicking on the icon to the left of the sizing selection box.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Cost of Shipping
We ship both domestically throughout Australia and also Internationally. We offer various shipping options. Cost of shipping to your country is based on - country, weight and shipping method. To determine the shipping cost that applies to your order, simply add the item/s to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. At this point the full cost will be displayed before you make payment.

How long will it take ?
The shipping option you have selected and the destination will determine this. Usually delivery will take between 1-9 business days. Occasionally customs agency within the destination country may delay shipments for a random security checks, unfortunately these delays can be 2-4 weeks for the U.S.A. and the UK and between 4-8 weeks for Europe.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied with the size, colour, style etc we agree to exchange or provide a refund provided we receive from you the items returned in their original condition (unworn & unwashed) within 21 days of you having receiving the initial shipment. You are responsible for the costs of returning the item to us and will incur additional postage charges for any exchanges.  Please refer to dull details on terms and conditions. If you have already worn your item

No we can not accept return of garments that have been worn due to health regulations. Garments have to be in original condition, not worn or washed.

If you have sent returns to aussieSpirit and you haven't heard back from us
 Usually it take around 10 days to receive from overseas however this can be even longer owing to the strict laws of Australian Customs and Quarantine. Generally parcels can get held for inspection. Upon processing your return, we will issue you an email advising you that it has been received.

What happens if you receive a faulty item In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty garment  please contact us within 5 days. On return of the faulty garment we will exchange it for free and refund you the reasonable cost of returning it to us. This policy is to be strictly adhered to, otherwise we will not accept defective item/s.

If we suspect fraudulent activity via the credit card you supplied we pass the details to the relevant authorities. The consumers IP address is also recorded as is their signature ID from the server account used to place the order. This instance is the only time we pass your personal information to a third party.
